Our primary service area covers Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties. We also regularly serve Polk, Lake, Sumter, Hernando, and Citrus counties. For large-scale jobs, we travel – we have worked events as far as New Jersey, North Carolina, and Georgia.
Is Elite Events & Rentals ARA-certified?
Yes. We are active members of the American Rental Association, the National Association for Catering and Events, the American Tent Association, and Associated Builders and Contractors. Every structural tent installation we perform meets ARA safety standards.
How far in advance should I book rentals in Tampa Bay?
For tented weddings, festivals, and large corporate events, we recommend booking three to six months out, especially in spring and fall. For smaller events, a few weeks is usually sufficient. When in doubt, reach out early. Popular dates fill quickly.
