Elite Events & Rentals is a full-service party and event rental company. Our mission is to provide the communities we serve with the finest event rental equipment for any occasion. We strive to establish lasting relationships through our flexible, convenient and efficient service. Our elite team of caring, professional and courteous staff is dedicated to providing their skill, knowledge, and expertise to create beautiful memories to last a lifetime.


At Elite Events & Rentals, every event and party are important to us; we live and breathe events! As a family owned business, we know how important life’s special moments are. 2017 marks our 10th anniversary. Having started with minimal party rental items, we have expanded to a full-service rental company operating out of a 16500-square-foot facility with a 2000 sq ft showroom in the Upper Tampa Bay area. Also, in June 2016 we acquired Gulfcoast Party Rentals in Clearwater, FL. This gives us another location with its own showroom to better serve our customers. As we’ve grown our space and rental offerings, we now serve our customers throughout the entire Tampa Bay area and beyond.


When you rent from us, you will receive the personal attention and helpful guidance that you’d expect from a small family business. We have the expertise that comes with years of experience in event management and planning and the inventory to meet any need you may have. Brandon Ahlgren – President

Owner Brandon Ahlgren started Elite Events & Rentals in 2007 after working in the nonprofit industry for five years. In his previous employment, Brandon was tasked with executing several volunteer events per year and learned first-hand what challenges that surface when juggling volunteers, event planning, logistics and financial management. Brandon was a frequent rental store customer during these years and began to observe the need for a “one-stop shop” rental company. That vision drove him to open Elite Events & Rentals, Tampa’s high-quality rental company. Our ever growing inventory of event, wedding and party rental items can meet any need.
