Once the basic details have been decided on, you’ll want to send out electronic invitations to all of your potential guests. This is a relatively easy process. There are invitation apps that will help you track invitations and RSVPs.
Facebook has an e-vite system that works quite well. Also, keep in mind that certain guests, especially older ones, may require an old-fashioned, physical invitation instead.

Adding a door and sidewalls can be effective, but you may want to hire someone to stand there and greet each guest who arrives. Yes, just like a Walmart greeter, except that he or she will likely keep party crashers away (plus, no yellow marks on receipts, of course).
