Tent Installer

Tent Installer Job Responsibilities:

  • Loading/unloading trucks
  • Setting up and moving Rental Equipment at various locations around the area
  • Inspect equipment before, during and after it goes out
  • Properly filling out paperwork and contracts
  • Cleaning and ensuring functionality of equipment for the customer when necessary
  • Communicating with customer and dispatch on ETA’s

Warehouse

Warehouse Job Responsibilities:

  • Loading/unloading trucks
  • Cleaning our rental equipment
  • Checking equipment for proper functionality
  • Organizing and prepping inventory
  • Assisting customers for picking up rental items
  • Keeping warehouse and surrounding area clean

Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, social media or in-person
  • Manage large amount of incoming calls
  • Handle payment and other pertinent information
  • High Multitasking environment
  • Strong written and verbal commination skills
  • Basic computer knowledge within Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Flexible schedule
  • Attention to detail and follow-ups
