Ideas for Successful Corporate Events

Ideas for Successful Corporate Events

Clearwater Corporate Events: Company Picnics, Office Parties, Outdoor Adventures and Beyond!

If you are thinking about treating your staff to an outing in Clearwater, you have come to the right place. Clearwater has exquisite opportunities for corporate events and party rental needs. Whether you are looking for a stress-reduction exercise or an experience that bolsters team bonds, you have come to the right place. Our team has years of experience hosting events that strengthen relationships and boost morale.

Corporate Events Ideas: Hit the Water

One of the best ways to help employees unwind after a large project or a particularly grueling day at the office is to treat them to a beach barbecue party. This is an affordable and exciting means of bringing your staff closer together. We’ll bring your group out to a Gulf of Mexico island via sailboats or pontoon boats. We’ll captain the boats so your team can focus on interacting with one another and bolstering bonds. Once you reach the island, our team will set up shade tents, beach chairs, and other luxuries so your group can dig in on some tasty BBQ.

Pontoon Boats for Corporate Events

Pontoon boats are a great way for your team to have a blast. These boats accommodate upwards of 30 individuals for a corporate island picnic. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour to travel from our docks to the closest island.

Sailing

Let your staff embark on a sail boating adventure as a team building exercise and they will have the time of their lives. Your team can even race against one another with the captain acting as a supervisor. Each sailboat fits half a dozen people. Your team will be in close quarters on the boat, providing an opportunity for conversation and a shared experience.

Alcohol

Guests can bring drinks of any type. Team members often find it is easier to relax in the company of others with a drink or two. Passengers can drink on the boat as long as they are of legal age. Drinking is not allowed for those who are driving. The individual driving the boat must have a blood alcohol level at or below 0.08. Florida penalizes driving a boat under the influence just like driving an automobile under the influence. This is why many groups hire a captain. You can also camp out for the night and drive home sober.
